Yesterday, Sega released a new trailer to coincide with the launch of Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania. This video constisted of animated and gameplay segments. And in both segments Sonic and Tails make a cameo. This is not out of left field because the characters are both DLC characters but in my opinion surprising.

The music style in the trailer might sound familiar because it was made by Hyper Potions.
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania is currently available on all major platforms, and includes classic style Sonic and Tails as unlockable characters using in-game currency.
