This weekend the Sonic Movie sequel was released at American cinemas and worldwide with high expectations.
At Monday, April 11th the audience liked the new adventures from the blue hedgehog and good news for Paramount Pictures.
With 72 millon dollars debut at USA cinemas and 70 millon dollars acumulated worldwide, the movie almost guaranteed a sucess with 142 millon dollars at his first weekend.
Also breaks the previous box office record for a videogame movie, since the first Sonic Movie with 58M during his first weekend at 2020.
